All our products are handmade in small quantities. Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. We do our best to describe and photograph our items accurately.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. You must ensure your billing information is accurate.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union and Switzerland. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third parties. Once your package is shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen items, but please contact us and we will try to help.

5. Returns and Cancellations

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.

To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal button on our website. You will be asked to confirm your name and order reference, and you will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request is submitted.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund your original purchase price including the original shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your return.
