Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, use the withdrawal button on our website or contact us at info@colorcodedtherapy.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package back.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping fees.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products made to your specifications

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal button on our website. You will be asked to confirm your name and order reference. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request is submitted.

Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We will refund the original purchase price including the original shipping cost you paid
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item, to your original payment method


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund — including the original shipping cost — will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@colorcodedtherapy.com.
